RETURNS POLICY
We allow a 4-hour cancellation grace period after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order within 4 hours, no fees will be incurred.
After this period, we implement a “no return/no cancellation” policy, meaning we do not accept returns. However, we may approve (partial) refunds if you meet the following conditions. Therefore, please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
To be eligible for a (partial) refund, you must provide an unedited video capturing the entire process from opening the package to unpacking the item. The video must be unedited and clearly show the tracking number. Without such a video, we will make every effort to resolve your issue, but due to the unique nature of blind boxes, we may be unable to assist.

1.Conditions for (partial) refunds:
Counterfeit products: Full refund or reorder. Please provide a video to facilitate our assistance.
Missing accessories/cards: Refund of up to 20% of the model’s price, or replacement based on product availability and location.
2.Missing items:
Refund of the price of the missing doll, or possible issuance of a substitute, depending on item availability and location.
3.Incorrect items:
Refund of the price difference of the doll, or replacement based on product availability and location.
4.Items lost before reaching the destination country:
Possible full refund or replacement, depending on item availability and location.
5.Situations not eligible for a refund:
We are not liable for manufacturing defects.
Delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspection delays, adverse weather conditions, etc.
Loss of items due to an incorrect delivery address provided.
Loss of items due to misconduct by domestic shipping providers (USPS, UPS, etc.) – we can assist you in filing a claim with them.

6.Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
7.Refunds
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
